DHA PHASE VI
DHA The Islamabad-Rawalpindi Phase VI (Ex Phase – II Ext) project began in March 2005 and spans 55,000 kanals (estimated). After re-designing the concept to include Overseas Sector, DHA Valley, and DHA Expressway, the contract for Phase VI (Ex Phase – II Ext) development has been signed and construction work has begun.
DHA Islamabad-Rawalpindi has made another exceptional move towards the development of its phases according to modern infrastructure and design. The master plan is designed by world-renowned Town Planning company ‘OJRM’ Los Angeles, USA.
Since June 25, 2009, the DHA Islamabad-Rawalpindi has deployed significant equipment and resources totaling 4.5 billion rupees to finish Phase VI (Ex Phase – II Ext) development. The DHA Islamabad-Rawalpindi has created onsite project offices to manage and ensure rapid development. Phase VI (Ex Phase – II Ext) has been divided into four sectors (A, B, C, and D) according to the revised design, and current allotments in these sectors will be amended through a re-ballot. Each sector has its unique significance and has been designed in conformance with international standards.
The project is being connected to Islamabad Highway by a six-lane DHA Expressway which spans through the major phases of DHA Islamabad-Rawalpindi making fast and secure access to city centers in twin cities.
